Redeem vouchers

Our website offers the option to redeem both discount codes and gift cards at the end of your order. To avoid misunderstandings, we explain here in detail the scope and conditions for redeeming vouchers and gift cards.

Scope

The following conditions apply to all discount codes and gift cards that can be redeemed on our website and in the stores of Oberturm Uhren und Schmuck GmbH. Please note that vouchers and gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers or gift cards. Redemption of vouchers and gift cards is only possible for orders within our delivery area and in our stores for products shown as in stock.

Discount Codes

To redeem a discount code, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the shopping cart icon and then on the voucher icon or enter the code directly in the "Discount Code" field on the shopping cart page.
  2. Confirm the code by clicking the "Redeem" button.
  3. The purchase amount in your shopping cart will automatically be reduced by the voucher value.

Want to delete an already entered discount code? You can do this by clicking "Remove item" next to the voucher in the shopping cart.

  • Validity period: Promotional vouchers have a limited validity period, which is indicated on the voucher.
  • Minimum order value: These discount codes may have a minimum order value, which is also indicated on the voucher.
  • Product binding: Discount codes may be tied to specific products, campaigns, or categories.
  • Combinability: Only one discount code can be redeemed per order; it cannot be combined with other discount codes or gift cards.

Gift Cards

To redeem a gift card, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the shopping cart icon and then on the voucher icon or enter the 16-digit code of your gift card directly in the "Discount Code" field on the shopping cart page.
  2. The voucher value will automatically be deducted from the purchase amount in your shopping cart.

Want to delete an already entered gift card? Click "Remove item" next to the entered code.

  • Validity: Gift cards have no minimum order value and are valid until the balance is used up, with no time limit.
  • Balance inquiry: You can check the balance of your gift card at info@oberturm.ch.
  • Cash payout: A cash payout of the balance is not possible.
  • Returns: If you return items to us, the balance of your gift card will be credited to your customer account and deducted from your next order.

Redemption in Stores

The vouchers you receive on our website can also be redeemed in the stores of Oberturm Uhren und Schmuck GmbH for products shown as in stock. Please bring the corresponding discount code or gift card with you when shopping in one of our stores.
