This right of return applies exclusively to purchases made through the website of Oberturm Watches and Jewelry GmbH and its partner websites. It does not apply to purchases made in our physical stores.

14-day right of return

Dear customers

At Oberturm Watches and Jewelry, we place the highest value on your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, we grant you a generous 14-day right of return for all purchases you make on our website www.oberturm.ch.

This right of return is valid according to legal provisions and regulations. It applies exclusively to purchases made through our website and not to purchases in our physical stores.

Items and situations excluded from the right of return

The following items and situations are excluded from the right of return:

• Wedding rings/engagement rings: These items are excluded from returns as they are specially made according to your individual requirements. The manufacturing process is time-consuming, and our team devotes great attention and care to ensure that these rings meet your wishes and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
• Sale items: These products are part of a special collection that we offer to our customers under special conditions. Therefore, a right of return for these items is excluded.
• Items specially ordered for you: These products are also individually made according to your wishes and requirements. The production requires significant time and careful processes to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. Therefore, we cannot grant a right of return for these items.
• Engraved items: Engraved items are personalized and cannot be resold or used otherwise. For this reason, these items are excluded from the right of return.
• Pre-owned watches: These watches are used and are carefully inspected and refurbished before sale. Due to their used condition and the unique nature of each individual piece, we cannot grant a right of return for pre-owned watches.
• Order products with 0% financing or purchase on account: Products ordered with the payment method 0% financing or purchase on account are excluded from the right of return.
• Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return: The gift vouchers you order are carefully and professionally produced on site. This means that these so-called products remain excluded from the right of return. 

Return process

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This means that our customers have a right of return for 14 days after receiving the goods.

The withdrawal period is 14 days.

1. In the case of goods, it begins on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
2. In the case of digital products (e.g., vouchers), the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, there is no longer a right of return.

It is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Please include the following information with your return:

• Original invoice
• Your contact details (name, address, email, phone number)
• Bank details for the refund (if required)

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the corresponding amount. You will receive a confirmation email from us about the receipt of your return.

The refund will be made according to the chosen payment method:

• Within 14 days after receipt of the return, depending on the chosen payment method.
• The refund will always be made to the bank account you provided. For payments via PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard, we can refund the same transaction in case of a credit. Please ensure you have access to the specified bank account, as we cannot assume liability for this.
• As soon as your return has arrived with us, it will be inspected and processed. The amount for the returned items will be automatically refunded to the chosen payment method. For payments via Twint, the refund will be made to your Twint account. For prepayments, please provide your bank details on the return form.

The return period for items is 14 days after receipt of your shipment.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Expired return period (14 days after receipt)
• Damaged items
• Missing or damaged original packaging (e.g., tears)
• Missing accessories
• Consumables

This return policy applies within the framework of the applicable laws and regulations of Switzerland.
