At Oberturm Watches and Jewelry, we place the highest value on your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, we grant you a generous 14-day return policy for all purchases made on our website www.oberturm.ch.

This return policy is valid according to legal provisions and regulations. It applies exclusively to purchases made through our website and not to purchases in our physical stores.

Items and situations excluded from the return policy

The following items and situations are excluded from the return policy:

• Wedding Rings/Marriage Bands: These items are excluded from returns as they are specially made according to your individual requirements. The manufacturing process is time-consuming, and our team dedicates great attention and care to ensure these rings meet your wishes and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
• Sale Items: These products are part of a special collection offered to our customers under special conditions. Therefore, a return policy is excluded for these items.
• Custom-made Items: These products are also individually made according to your wishes and requirements. The production requires significant time and careful processes to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Therefore, we cannot offer a return policy for these items.
• Engraved Items: Engraved items are personalized and cannot be resold or used otherwise. For this reason, these items are excluded from the return policy.
• Pre-owned Watches: These watches are used and are carefully inspected and refurbished before sale. Due to their used condition and the unique nature of each individual piece, we cannot offer a return policy for pre-owned watches.
• Products ordered with 0% financing: Products ordered with the 0% financing payment method are excluded from the right of return.
• Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return: The gift vouchers you ordered are carefully and professionally produced on-site. This means that these products are excluded from the right of return. 

Return process

To exercise your right of return, please follow these steps:

1. In the final step of the ordering process, please indicate in the comment field that you wish to exercise your right of return.
2. Send the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt. Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the return deadline.
3. The goods should only have been worn for fitting purposes, comparable to a visit to an exclusive retail store.
4. Please ensure that the goods are returned to us complete and undamaged in the original packaging.

• Original invoice
• Your contact details (name, address, email, phone number)
• Bank details for the refund (if required)

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the corresponding amount. You will receive a confirmation email from us about the receipt of your return.

The refund will be made according to the chosen payment method:

• Within 14 days after receipt of the return, depending on the chosen payment method.
• The refund will always be made to the bank account you provided. For payments via PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard, we can refund the same transaction in case of a credit. Please ensure you have access to the specified bank account, as we cannot assume liability for this.
• Once your return has arrived with us, it will be inspected and processed. The amount for the returned items will be automatically refunded to the chosen payment method. For payments via Twint, the refund will be made to your Twint account. For prepayments, please provide your bank details on the return form.

The return period for items is 14 days after receipt of your shipment.

Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Expired return period (14 days after receipt)
• Damaged items
• Missing or damaged original packaging (e.g., tears)
• Missing accessories
• Consumables
